FOUNDING STATEMENT OF INSURANCE ON THE MOVE

 
INDEPENDENT BROKERAGE
 

The business was founded in May 1990.  At that time James Wallace Reid was employed by a large assurance company since 1987.
 
To maintain impartiality and independence James established relationships with a range of assurance(1), and investment companies(2), offering a wide range of products and services(3), as I believed that independence from any large company and it’s influences was paramount in serving clients needs and best interest.  Therefore no share holding in any insurance or investment house is held.
 
James left the large assurance company in December 1997 as it had lost its focus on client interest. 
 
The business changed its name to Insurance on the move when James had completed the change to a paper less office.
 
All Financial Service Providers have to be registered with the Financial Services Board. My Licences was issued 17 June 2004, Licences number 2462.
 
All advisors had to be registered with the Medical Council for medical schemes Licence no 3858
 
Lulu joined us at Insurance on the move from the April 2017.She worked for Avbob from 2005 to 2013 in group schemes /client services /Death claims. Lulu left Avbob to start a family and further her studies, she is studying towards an LLB degree. She joined Insurance on the move to use her skills she acquired and Avbob and her LLB studies
